This young chef trained alongside the best workers in France such as Éric Briffard and Philippe Legendre. He quickly evolved from commis to chef and developed his own culinary style which he now asserts in his two restaurants: Neige d'Été and Pilgrim.

The chef welcomes you from Monday to Friday in his restaurant Neige d'Été for a tasting of his delicious dishes. In 4 or 6 courses, you will be delighted by the delicacy and flavour of the dishes.

You will also be charmed by the decoration of this place. Pure and refined like its cuisine, this restaurant is an invitation to a moment of conviviality.
