The vintage

Vintage, when the old-fashioned becomes trendy! Coming from Anglo-Saxon origin, vintage means "harvest". Indeed, did you know that the term was invented to designate the vintage of a wine or spirit? Today, we speak of vintage to talk about the products of previous decades...

Both in decoration and fashion, I have become a fan of vintage! I like to go looking for strong pieces in second-hand shops or in my elders' closets! They're full of history and emotions... I'm going to associate them with more current pieces and obtain a look with character as much for myself as for my interior!

I also like this vintage trend because it calls for an eco-responsible attitude. It allows you to recycle clothes while having fun at the same time. I can only recommend the Mad Vintage second-hand shop located in different locations in Paris! Don't hesitate any longer and treat yourself by finding original pieces!

Sunglasses: the must-have accessory!

Sunglasses are an essential accessory to have. They can be found in all shapes and colours. For me, they are an integral part of my outfits. I love to choose the right sunglasses to go with my outfit of the day. Sunglasses are not only a trendy item, they are also a practical and essentiel accessory to cover your doe eyes.

Everyone can find the right pair of glasses for them. You can find the one that will adapt to your style and your morphology. Over time, I have acquired a collection of sunglasses that are all very different from each other. But my favourites remain this pair of Retrosuperfuture that I wear on this picture. These glasses which are hand made in Italy are a real treasure. I love their simplicity, elegance and retro style. I associate them with all kinds of outfits. Here, they are the trendy accessory of my casual chic outfit.

The beret

Stereotype of Parisian fashion style, the beret is back! Not gonna lie, every time we talk about the beret, we can all picture the Frenchman with his marinière, a baguette and a bottle of red wine in his hands: a true cliché. And yet this hat is as trendy as it is emblematic.

With its French flair, retro and versatile, this accessory brings a chic and vintage touch to your style. The beret easily matches your wardrobe: whether it is casual or chic and sophisticated, it enhances any look with elegance! A good alternative to the knit cap, I like its artistic, romantic and charming touch. I spotted a resolutely romantic red model with a ribbon strip at the back that blends with your hair which you can shop here

If you're looking for a more rock and roll kind of look, I recommend the The Kooples woollen beret with a black leather hatband. You can also find what you're looking for at Le Béret Français, a brand specialized in the creation of this ultra-Frenchy accessory!
